Total quality is our key to success, and of utmost importance at JOC. Our QC department, with three full-time inspectors, is proactive quality control. We inspect the goods during production and before shipment. We fully understand once it is delivered, it would be too late. We deal with a problem before it gets on board ship.

We’ve established our Quality Assurance Lab with our suppliers several years ago. Today's lab is a showcase and reflection of fastener quality as well as an important tool to audit quality and constantly monitor vendor performance. Staffing by a highly trained technical team and led by a fastener industry expert, the lab provides technical advice and support daily to customers. Manufacturer's Mill test reports are available on all heat treated or alloy steel product and many non heated items as well. Customers can be assured the JOC stands behind product supplied.
